Based on the former Britannia Mills site, originally built in the early 1900s for famous Derbyshire lace maker William Wallis, Bennett Street in Long Eaton is made up of 109 across a range of tenures and sized homes.
There's a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom houses and one- and two-bedroom flats, as well as homes for social and affordable rent, shared ownership, and Rent to Buy.
The estate was also the chosen location for a new bridge that opened this summer over the nearby canal, saving residents a half a mile walk to get to the other side of the town.
The site was built by leading partnerships developer Lovell, and was also closely supported by Erewash Borough Council and Homes England.
