Stanley Street is our largest affordable home site to date and has 180 energy efficient homes with solar panels, electric car charging points and thicker insulation. All of these measures have been put in place to make the homes more comfortable and affordable to heat.
There's a mixture of affordable housing options on the development, including 90 homes for social rent, 79 for shared ownership and 11 homes for Rent to Buy, as well as two-, three-, and four-bedroom houses and two-bedroom bungalows.
Our total investment was just under £40m and the site was built in partnership with Miller Homes, Richard Morris Associates and Homes England.
