Right across the country, thousands of people are on council waiting lists for an affordable home. Many more are paying high rents in the private sector that stretch their budgets to the limit. Demand for social housing and other more affordable options greatly exceeds supply and has done for years. So, we’re doing our bit to help in the East Midlands by working in partnership with others to build new flats and houses. We also offer new homes to people with a wide range of needs and budgets.
